Royston Housing Authority (RHA) was established on January 21, 1950 and moved in their first family on August 1, 1952. Since then, RHA has provided clean, safe, stable, affordable housing for the citizens of Royston.
The Authority manages 185 public housing units in Franklin and Hart County. We provide not only homes for those in need but also offer services and opportunities for families, individuals, and seniors. On-call maintenance, lawn care, free afterschool program for residents, activities for the elderly and individuals with disability are just a few of the reasons Royston Housing is a great place to call home.
Royston Housing Authority shall at all times maintain and operate each development for the purpose of providing clean, safe, stable and affordable housing for eligible individuals while promoting community involvement, self-sufficiency, and viability.
Royston Housing Authority is committed to providing all services and programs to all people regardless of race, color, sex, national origin, religion, disability or familial status.
