On Monday, May 19, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. our agency will begin accepting applications for the 1-bedroom waiting list only. The waiting list will close on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. All other waiting lists will remain closed.

On May 19th beginning at 9:00 a.m. you may receive an application for housing. You may stop by our office to pick one up, or contact our office by phone, or email us at manager@roystonhousing.com for one to be mailed or emailed to you. We apologize that we will not be accepting online applications at this time. 

 

We are now offering online payments, please visit the Tenant Portal Page to learn more.

 

We have a free after school program for residents that are 4-18 years of age.
